Set within a busy coastal boatyard, this project balances function, resilience, and ecology. The planting beds were designed as flood-tolerant rain gardens, capable of handling salt exposure, high winds, and periodic inundation. Every species is native, meeting local commission requirements and ensuring long-term performance in this harsh environment. The result is a naturalistic, durable landscape that softens the industrial setting while supporting the surrounding coastal habitat.
